So, when you are shy, then you can share the pet stories with others and you will be able to know how the other pet owners or pet lovers listen and start a conversation through sharing their information which can be the same or more hilarious than what you have. The NIH has also done heart-related studies and the findings have shown that the pet owners have such decreased blood pressure, triglyceride and cholesterol levels that can minimize the risk for heart attack. You must know that hugging an animal and petting them can help you stay calm. They are warm, soft and would respond to your affection which would calm your nerves as well as make you feeling relaxed. Though you only watch a fish in the aquarium, you can find calmness and peace because the fish would swim silently.
